Dear Valued Clients,

We are often asked many questions on spa etiquette and so we created this page to answer what we are frequently asked about. We appreciate you and love to have you visit!

Do's and Don'ts of Spa Etiquette

Do's

DO: Tip your spa technician. Gratuities are gratefully appreciated. It is a way to thank your technician for great service. The average tip to a spa tech is 20% of the services received, whether from a gift card, Groupon, or cash service.

DO: Arrive 15 minutes before your first visit to allow time for paperwork

DO: Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% fee of service cancelled. No show / no call appointments will be charged 100% of the total appointment fee.

DO: Let us know of any special needs or requirements you have. We want your visit to be happy and stress free.

Don'ts

DON'T: Be late if at all possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be rescheduled for another time

DON'T: Be afraid to ask questions! We are happy to answer them.

DON'T: Bring small children to your spa appointment. Our front desk staff is unable to properly care for your child while you are receiving services. We love kids! But for their safety, please leave them with a caregiver.

DON'T: Forget to tell your friends about our spa! We appreciate your loyalty and referrals
